Carolyn Kay Campbell, 66, McLeansboro, died 3:10 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at Hamilton Memorial Nursing and Rehab Center in McLeansboro.

Funeral services are 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro. Visitation is 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Campbell; a son and daughter-in-law; and three grandsons.
