Ellie Jade Mayhall

Little Ellie Jade Mayhall, infant daughter of Elizabeth Duckworth and Kenny Mayhall was stillborn 5:06 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

Survivors include her parents, Elizabeth (Liz) Duckworth and Kenny Mayhall of Harrisburg; maternal grandparents, Danny and Brenda Moore Duckworth; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Justina Mayhall of Pittsburg and Lisa Mayhall of Harrisburg; one maternal aunt, Sarah Duckworth of Eldorado; one maternal uncle, Ronald Bangert II of Clay City; and two paternal aunts, (Tia) April Carroll of Benson, Ariz., and Amy Mayhall of Harrisburg.

She was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Albert and Bonita Mayhall and George Haro; maternal great-grandparents, Martha and Harry Moore and Nina and Andrew Duckworth.

Private family graveside services were held 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012, at the Sunset Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Blake Bradley officiating. The J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg was in charge of arrangements.
