DEATH NOTICE: Donald Eugene Cook

Word has been received of the death of Donald Eugene Cook, 81, Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Harrisburg.

His body was cremated in Phoenix, Ariz., and taken to San Diego, Calif., for burial.

He was the widower of Micki Cook.

He is survived by a son, two grandchildren, a sister, a daughter-in-law and special friend.
