OBITUARY: Lula B. Barnard

Lula B. Barnard, 96, of Rosiclare, died Saturday at Hardin County Hospital in Rosiclare. She was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Surviving are her son, Gary L. Barnard of Rosiclare; daughter, Barbara Walker of Denham Springs, La.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Barnard; parents, Lucian and Mary Lee Smith; three sisters and two brothers.

Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, 2012, at Cox Funeral Home in Rosiclare with interment in Peters Creek Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, at the funeral home.
