Janice Marie Molik, 62, of Eldorado, died 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at Carbondale Memorial Hospital.

Visitation was from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012, at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia. Funeral was 1 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2012, at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Molik of Eldorado; four children, two sisters, one brother, five grandchildren and one great-granchild.
