OBITUARY: Christopher James Ferrell

Christopher James Ferrell, 21, of Gainesville, Texas, formerly of Harrisburg, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012 ,at North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. Visitation will be held after 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday. Burial will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery near Carrier Mills.

He was born May 4, 1991, in Evansville, Ind. to Gary and Donna (Macri) Ferrell.

He was an avid outdoorsman, he loved to fish, hunt and camp. He loved to hang out with his friends and family that he loved so much. He was always there to help others.

He is survived by his parents Gary and Donna Ferrell of Gainesville, Texas; two brothers, Bryan Ferrell and Adam Ferrell both of Gainesville, Texas; sister, Michelle Gulley of Carrier Mills; fiancée, Hanna Isom of Harrisburg; paternal grandparents, Gene and Ruth Ferrell of Harrisburg; maternal grandfather, Antonio Macri of Gainesville, Texas; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Sue Macri.
