DEATH NOTICE: Sheilah N. Simmons

Sheilah N. Simmons, age 69, of Ozark, died at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012, at her residence.

Services are 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at the Carrier Mills Tabernacle Church, located on U.S. Route 45 North in Carrier Mills. Burial will be on the Simmons Family Farm, located adjacent to the Rushing Cemetery near Ozark. Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10, 2012, and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at the Carrier Mills Tabernacle Church.

Memorials may be made to the Carrier Mills Tabernacle Church and may be mailed to 3800 Ozark Road, Ozark 62972.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.
