</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Melba Jane Pemberton, 102, McLeansboro, died 9:59 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012, at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro. Visitation is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2012, at the funeral home.

She is survived by a son, a daughter-in-law, a sister, two grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
