OBITUARY: Bill Deon Belcher

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Bill Deon Belcher, age 60, of Harrisburg, passed away July 13, 2012, at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, Ky.

Deon was born May 20, 1952, in Rosiclare to Don "Pancake" and Marianna (Risinger) Belcher. He was a retired laborer of 41 years and a member of Laborers' International Union of North America Local 773. He enjoyed playing music and being with his family and friends.

He is survived by his mother, Marianna Belcher; son, Kris and wife Jerrie Belcher; three daughters, Nicole and husband Mark Cashion, Jamie and husband Larry Moore, Heather and husband Chad Phillips; two sisters, Donna and husband Rick Basinger, Beverly and husband Ron Barnes; ten grandchildren, Ashley, Tyler, Rhiannon, Logan, Kayli, Mattie, Levi, Audreyana, Mia, Lila; nieces, Jaqui, Gwen, Ronica; several aunts and cousins.

Deon was preceded in death by his father, Don "Pancake" Belcher.

Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Aly Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial of cremains will follow service at Eddyville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service.
