Carroll Johnada Cletcher

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Carroll Johnada Cletcher, age 83, of Harrisburg passed away 5:05 a.m. Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Carroll was born on April 16, 1929, in Marion, to the late James W. and Stella (Kent) Landis. She was married to Francis Junior Cletcher on April 17, 1949, and he preceded her in death February 4, 1989.

She retired as an insurance underwriter with Bill Ghent Insurance after many years. Carroll was a member of North Williford Baptist Church and was Worthy Matron of the Rebekah Lodge in the early 1970s.

Carroll is survived by a daughter Linda and husband Ed Wagoner of Harrisburg; son, David and wife Judy Cletcher of Zeigler; and son, Kent Sr. and wife Michelle Cletcher of Harrisburg; brother, Jim Landis of Tucson, Ariz.; sister, Janet Peavey of Garland, Texas; brother, David Landis of Harrisburg; sister, Darlene Oliver of Roper N.C.; sister, Sharon Sanders of Harrisburg; and sister, Lee Ann Landis of Harrisburg. Grandchildren, Robin Bowden, Heather Pickle, Brittany Pickle, Gregory Pickle, Ben Richey, Katie Richey, Daniel Richey, Zachery Cletcher; and Kent Cletcher; stepgrandchildren, Alice Saddler, Thresa Fitch, Melissa Arvai, Chris Wagoner, Kacie Patterson, Alexis Williams and Madison Hannan and 17 great grandchildren.

Carroll was preceded by her parents, husband, daughter, Robin Cletcher in 1957 and five Brothers and sisters.

Service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday July 11, 2012, at Reed Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Big Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Reed Funeral Chapel.
