Obituary: Elizabeth Ann Marks
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Elizabeth Ann Marks, 72, Eldorado, died 4:26 p.m. Monday, June 4, 2012, at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind.
There will be no public visitation. A private family burial of ashes will be at a later date.
She was born on Jan. 9, 1940, to Homer and Eva (McDaniel) Tedford. On March 21, 1970, she married John Paul Marks, who preceded her in death on July 9, 2011.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Eldorado and was a nurse's aide. She loved to read and play games and rides in the country.
Survivors include six daughters, Vicki (Michael) Bond of Herrin, Katie (Robert) Lenard of McLeansboro, Sandra Cueva of Eldorado, Rosemary (Robert) Mitchell of Carmi, Daisy (Mark) Ritchie of Toledo, Ohio and Delta Marks and companion John Rice of Eldorado; three sisters, Betty Drew of McLeansboro, Alice (Don) Springer of Pawnee and Sue Tedford of McLeansboro; 16 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two sons, Roger Lee York and Henry Wiles Jr.; two brothers, Robert Tedford and Junior Tedford; and three grandchildren.
Arrangements for Elizabeth Ann Marks are under the direction of Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro.
