Obituary: Vickie Ann Bergman

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Vickie Ann Bergman, 43, of Herod, passed away at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2012, at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Ind.

She was born on Sept. 1, 1968, in Harrisburg, the daughter of Paul and Joyce Ann (Palmer) Lewey Jr.

Vickie is survived by her father, Paul and Patricia Lewey, Jr of Santa Teresa, N.M.; two daughters, Heather Bergman of Marion and Amber Bergman of Herod; two brothers, Paul and Cindy Lewey III of Phoenix, Ariz. and Robert Lewey of Herod; one sister, LaDonna Palmer of Mount Vernon; two grandmothers, Donna Palmer of Herod and Mary Ann Landreth of Bunker Hill; also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Palmer; and grandfather, Otis Palmer.

Visitation for Vickie will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality. There will be a graveside funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012, at Colbert Cemetery near Herod and those attending should go directly to the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Legence Bank for Amber Bergman Trust Fund.
