Services were held 1 p.m. Monday, April 16, 2012, at Gholson Funeral Home, McLeansboro. Visitation was 11 a.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, Melanie Arthur; two sons; a daughter; a brother; and four grandchildren.
