Obituary: Carroll Spencer Hall

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Carroll Spencer Hall, 64, of Junction, passed away at 1 a.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the Saline Care Center in Harrisburg.

He was born on Aug. 30, 1947, in Harrisburg, the son of William Edward and Wilma Ruth (Logan) Hall.

Carroll worked at the Old Shawneetown Park as park manager for the State of Illinois Park Service until his retirement. He was a member of Equality Church of God and a member of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International.

Carroll is survived by a sister-in-law, Mary Louise Hall of Crossville, Tenn.; two nieces, Teresa Hall of Loyal, Wis. and Barbara Hall of Romeoville; a great-niece and her son, Nicole and Jonathan Jenkins of Loogootee, Ind.; and two cousins, Betty and Don Dilback, Marjorie and Don Fulkerson, both of Galatia.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Gerald Dwain "Jerry" Hall.

Visitation for Carroll will be held from 2 p.m. to service time at 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2012, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Shawneetown. The Rev.
