</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dennis Lee Simmons, 78, Odessa, Mo., formerly of Carrier Mills, died Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at his residence.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012, at the Odessa Restoration Branch, Odessa, Mo. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012, at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, Odessa, Mo.

He is survived by his wife, the former Rama Jean Wells; two daughters; a son-in-law; three stepchildren and their spouses; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters-in-law; two sisters; two brothers-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
