Obituary: George 'Jimmy' Reeder

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[George "Jimmy" Reeder, 77, of Eldorado, passed away at 12:55 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 26, 2011, at the Fountain View Nursing Home in Eldorado.

He was born on Feb. 23, 1934, in Eldorado, the son of Freeman and Nola Bell (Langford) Reeder. Jimmy was married to Elva (Castille) Reeder.

He was a member of the Social Brethren Church. Jimmy worked as a maintenance engineer.

He is survived by a stepdaughter, Debbie Daniels of Texas; and two sisters, Juanita Maitzen of Chicago and Anna Spencer of Eldorado.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; three brothers, Freeman Jr., Paul, and Charles Reeder; four sisters, Mary Ellison, Edna Hart, Thelma Barger and Opal Glasscock.

Visitation for Jimmy will be held from 10 a.m. until service time at noon on Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home. The Rev.
