Obituary: Freddie D. Williams
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Freddie D. Williams, 77, of Hanna City, passed away at OSF St. Francis Medical Center at 4:02 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011.
Freddie was born Jan. 1, 1934, in Saline County to Edward and Mae Prather Williams. He married Barbara Buckner on May 31, 1954, in Carrier Mills. She survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Jack (Joyce) of Trivoli and Ron (Amy) of St. Louis, Mo.; one daughter; Jennifer (Mark) Stasz of Blue Grass, Iowa; three grandchildren, Anthony Wayne Williams, Kevin Edward (Lorelei) Williams and Zachary Christian Stasz; two stepgrandchildren, Sarah and Hannah; four great-grandchildren, Rachel, Johnthan, Cherokee and Harlow Ann; and one sister, Juanita Hubbard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Freddie retired after 32 years in the wire mill at Keystone Steel and Wire Company.
He was a member of the Hanna City Sportman's Club and the Greater Peoria Area Coon Hunters Club.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Salem Cemetery in Carrier Mills.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, at Davison- Fulton Funeral Chapel in Bartonville.
An additional visitation will be two hours prior to the graveside services at Absher Nicholson Funeral Home 106 E. Walnut St., Carrier Mills, Ill. 62917.
