Obituary: Frank Leroy Bozarth

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Frank Leroy Bozarth, 83, of Eldorado, was called home by his Heavenly Father at 1:05 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2011, at the Fountain View Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family and staff members.

He was born Aug. 11, 1928, to the late Joshua and Lina Miller Bozarth, but was raised by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Alice Mings Miller, after the death of his mother when he was 2. He graduated in 1946 from Eldorado High School later serving four years in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He married Hilda Rettinger on Dec. 7, 1957, and moved back to Eldorado with his family, becoming owner and operator of two businesses for 34 years (Douglas Street Market and then The Wash Tub Laundry). Leroy was Baptist by faith, a Christian, loving, devoted husband and father.

He will be missed by his wife, Hilda; children, Kenley Bozarth, Eldorado; Kurtis (Sandra) Bozarth, Harrisburg; Renee (Jim) Croce, Evansville, Ind., and grandchildren, Jared Bozarth, Erica (Drew) Hanley, Ashley Bozarth, Ali Bozarth, as well as a sister, brother, nieces, nephews, brother, sister-in-law and close cousins.

Visitation will be at the Colonial Funeral Home in Eldorado from 10 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011. Officiating will be close friends Russell Helton and Darrell Eisenhauer. Interment will be at Lindale Gardens Cemetery near Eldorado.
