Death Notice: Phyllis Ann Rapp
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Phyllis Ann Rapp, 77, of Dahlgren, died at 10:12 a.m. Sunday Oct. 16, 2011 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro.
She was the widow of Philip Rapp.
She is survived by nine children; 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five brothers; and two sisters.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m., Wed., Oct. 19, 2011, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church with Fr. Slawomir Ptak officiating. Visitation will be held at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren from 5 to 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. on Oct. 18. Internment will be at St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Dahlgren.
