Obituary: Nola Francis Aldridge
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Nola Francis Aldridge, 98 and 10 months of Harrisburg, passed away at 10:10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011, at her residence in Harrisburg.
Nola was born on Nov. 5, 1912, in Sulphur Springs, Ky., to the late Willie and Anna Bell (Watson) Watson. She married George Aldridge on Nov. 22, 1971, and he preceded her in death on April 8, 1988. She was a homemaker.
Nola is survived by son, Leroy Pierce and wife Dorothy of West Frankfort; a daughter, Dorothy Lowry of Harrisburg; son, Arthur Pierce of Florida; son, Joel White and wife Donna of Owensboro, Ky.; daughter, Donna Mugge of Marion; daughter, Shirley Miller of Harrisburg; and son, Larry White and wife Sandy of Harrisburg; and four grandchildren.
Nola was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and two children, Charles Pierce and Oscar Pierce.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, 2011, at Lindale Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should go directly to the cemetery. Private family visitation will be held.
