Obituary: Dolores Burnell

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dolores Kathryn Burnell, 80, of Eldorado, passed away at 2:33 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2011, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.

Dolores was born in Olney on Sept. 15, 1930, a daughter of the late Peggy (Gregor) and Charles Gill.

She worked as a programmer at IBM.

She was the widow of Royal Burnell, who preceded her in death in 2010.

Dolores is survived by a daughter, Lynne (Wade) Pemberton of Eldorado; a son, Jerry (Kay) Burnell of Noble; several grandchildren, Jana Miller of Noble, Jennifer (Jeremy) Brown of Noble, Brandi (Wayne) Bradley of Carrier Mills and Jamie (Brian) Davies of Harrisburg; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was cremated at her request and a service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are in the charge of Colonial Terrace Funeral Home, Eldorado.
