Obituary: Rodney Lee Russell

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Rodney Lee Russell, 39, a resident of Saline Care Center, Harrisburg, died at 5:45 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 11, 2011, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

He was born on Jan. 21, 1972, in Harrisburg to Ronald Russell and the late Rhonda (Marks) Russell.

He is survived by a daughter, Salena Russell of Eldorado; father and stepmother, Ronald and Debbie Russell of Harrisburg; three sisters, Nikki (Kevin) Hawkins, Angie (Mike) Dunning-Hazelwood and Jennifer (Jonah Ray) Butler, all of Harrisburg; maternal grandmother, Georgia Mitchell of Harrisburg; paternal grandmother, Margaret Russell of Harrisburg; aunt, Patsy (Loren) Biddle of Harrisburg; and several nieces and nephews, Clay, Dustin and Brennen Hawkins, Allen and Amber Dunning and Brooklin and Briar Butler.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, James Russell; maternal grandfather, Frank Mitchell; nephew, Brayden Hawkins; and uncle, Joe Russell.
