Obituary: Billie Sue Barton

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Billie Sue Barton, 44, of Galatia, died at 11:38 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2011, at Fountainview Nursing Home in Eldorado after an eight-month battle with cancer.

Billie was born in Coshocton, Ohio, on March 20, 1967, a daughter of Bill Leger and the late Susan (Bonham) Newman.

She attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Eldorado.

She worked as a licensed practical nurse at Fountainview Nursing Home.

She was the wife of Keith Barton, who survives. They were married on March 15, 1993.

In addition to her husband and her father, Billie is survived by a daughter, Brittney Nicole (Samuel Smith) Cullison of Galatia; two sons, Colt Barton of Carmi and Tony Wayne (Tiffany) Cullison of Eldorado; a sister, Kim (Eddie Smith) Roberts of Eldorado; five grandchildren, Izak Keith, Denim Lee, Briar William, Joseph Wayne and Aiden Barton; and two nephews, Kyle Roberts and Dylan Roberts.

Billie was cremated at her request and a scattering service will be held at Lindale Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, with the Rev. Russell Helton officiating.
