Obituary: Arthur Andrew Azar
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Arthur Andrew Azar, 85, of Paducah, Ky., died Monday, July 4, 2011, at Lourdes Hospital.
He served in the United States Army and was a member of Park Avenue Baptist Church. Art was the retired owner of Beltone Hearing Service of Paducah. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 127, Shriners, Jaycees and Toastmasters.
Surviving are his daughter, Mary Ellen Veitschegger of Folsom, Calif.; three sons, Phillip K. Azar and Arthur L. Azar, both of Paducah and Alex Azar of Atlanta; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Charles and Mary Homsey Azar; one sister; and five brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2011, at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Bill Kaufman officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. Friday.
