</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Rachel Duncan, 90, formerly of Dahlgren, died 12:40 a.m. Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Good Samaritan Hospital, Mount Vernon.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, June 12, 2011, at Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren with the Rev. John Ashby and the Rev. Dustin Haile officiating. Burial will be in Richardson Hill Cemetery, Dahlgren, with military rites by Mount Vernon American Legion Post No. 141. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2011, at the funeral home.

She is survived by a brother, a sister-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
