James 'Jim' Jay Jarrell

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[James "Jim" Jay Jarrell, Boulder, Colo., died suddenly on Saturday, May 28, 2011. He was 60.

Jim was born on May 7, 1951, in Harrisburg to Frank and Elizabeth (Rice) Jarrell. He graduated from Murray State University in Murray, Ky., with a degree in music and was a member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia fraternity.

He is survived by his wife, Patti Jarrell; his son, Aaron Jarrell; his daughter, Andrea Prike (Tyson); his mother, Betty Jarrell; his sister, Jan Brittain (DeWayne); and several nieces and nephews.

Jim was preceded in death by his father and brother.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Reed Funeral Chapel, Harrisburg. Interment at Sunset Hill Cemetery. You may share condolences at the Internet site www.ahlbergfuneralchapel.com.
