</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Carolyn S. Webb, 76, 315 W. Furlong St., Carrier Mills, died 7:42 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2011, at her residence.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Earl Webb officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2011, at the funeral home.

She was born on Dec. 1, 1934, in Carrier Mills to the late John O. and Helen L. (Disney) Gibson. She married Wilborn D. Webb on Sept. 12, 1950, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 7, 2000.

She worked as a licensed practical nurse for many years.

She is survived by two sons, Chuck E. (Melissa) Webb Sr. of Paducah, Ky., and Ken D. (Wanda) Webb of Carrier Mills; a daughter, Barbara J. Webb of Carrier Mills; a brother, Carl Gibson of Herod; daughter in love, Tina Williams; five grandchildren, Chuck E. Webb, Kellie Jo Barker, Whitney Spink, Sara Spink and Collin Spink; and a great-grandchild, Cody Wayne Webb.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Webb; and a sister, Barbara L. Jamerson.
