Helen Joyce Peacock

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Helen Joyce Peacock, 55, resident of Dallas, Pa., formerly of 1680 State Route 142 North, Eldorado, died Friday afternoon, April 8, 2011, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Urbana, IL, she was the daughter of the late Marion T. and Mary (Mae) Merowsky Warfel.

Helen was a retired dispatcher for the Illinois State Police.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Peacock; and her brother, Craig Warfel.

Surviving are four sisters, Janice Keener, Lake Wales, Fla., Jean Quick, Glendale, Ariz., Norine Seefeldt, Homer, and Nadine Rund, Tolono; a brother, Carl Warfel, Decatur; an aunt, Helen (Daisy) Dargiewicz, Nanticoke; and nieces, nephews, and cousins.
