Betty Jo Woolard

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Betty Jo Woolard, 71, of Harrisburg, passed away 11:32 a.m. Wednesday, April 6, 2011, at University Hospital in St. Louis, Mo.

She was born April 27, 1939, in Harrisburg, the daughter of Charles and Geraldine Alvey Shanks.

She was a member of Sloan Street General Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna West and Sherry and Scott Milligan of Harrisburg; one brother, Jack Shanks of Harrisburg; three grandchildren, Kain West of Harrisburg, Justin and Katie Milligan of Silverdale, Wash. and Alicia Milligan of Harrisburg; and four great-grandchildren, Cameron Milligan, Kennedy Milligan, Jailynn Booth and Jaxsten Booth.

Graveside services will precede burial 11 a.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011, at Sunset Garden Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Smith officiating. There will be no visitation and those attending should gather at the cemetery. The J.M. Weirauch Funeral Home in Harrisburg is in charge of arrangements.
