Janice Faye Zimmer
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Janice Faye Zimmer, 67, a resident of Eldorado, passed away March 25, 2011, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind.
Janice was born June 1, 1943, to the late Weldon Suits and Lorene (Pennell) Suits of Eldorado. Prior to retirement she worked as a nurse at Pearce Hospital in Eldorado. She married Andrew Joseph Zimmer, who preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 2011. Janice was a Christian and as a child attended the Gospel Assembly Church in Eldorado.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Don Donnell (Linda Maurer) of Eldorado; two daughters, Johnna Vaughn of Eldorado and Judy (Wes) Stevens of Eldorado; five brothers, James (Phyllis) Suits of Eldorado, Mike (Donna) Suits of Eldorado, Gary (Joy) Suits of Eldorado, Joey Suits of Baton Rouge, La. and Marty (Lisa) Suits of Broughton; five grandchildren, Tim Vaughn of Marion, Eric (Penny) Vaughn of Ridgway, Joey (Dezirae) Stevens of Eldorado, Jonathan (Serah) Stevens of Marion, Destiny (Corey Stricklin) Donnell of Equality; and seven great-grandchildren, Ricky Vaughn of Ridgway, Moriah Vaughn of Eldorado, Dylan Vaughn of Eldorado, Harley Stevens of Eldorado, McKager Ferrell of Creal Springs, Kamdyn Stricklin of Equality and Brooklyn Beckham of Eldorado.
In addition to her father and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Howard; and a granddaughter, Tiffany Donnell.
Funeral services were 1 p.m. Monday, March 28, 2011, at Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado with the Rev. David Mays officiating. Burial will be in Wolf Creek Cemetery. Visitation was 11 a.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home.
