Charles Vernon 'Doc' Kincaid

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Charles Vernon "Doc" Kincaid, 82, Warren, Mich., formerly of Eldorado, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret; one son, Gary; a daughter, Debra Du Quet; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one sister, Hazel Kincaid Black of Sterling Heights, Mich.

He retired from General Motors, where he was a pattern maker. He enjoyed gardening and wood carving. His large carving of the Battle of Little Big Horn is donated and is on display at the Indian Museum of South Dakota in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

He was a member of the United Auto Workers, Metro Wood Carvers and Hudson Motor Car Club.

His funeral was March 3 at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren, Mich., and burial was at White Chapel in Troy, Mich.
