Dr. Jerry A. Douglas
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Dr. Jerry A. Douglas, 67, Brentwood, Mo., died at St. John's Mercy Hospital, surrounded by his daughters at 6:50 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011.
He is survived by his three daughters, Lynn Torok (Jim) of Yorkville, Lea Smucker (Matt) of Park Ridge and Dr. Liz Fritz (Brett) of Galveston, Texas; six grandsons, Jackson and Evan Torok, Will and Ian Smucker and Braden and Gentry Fritz; two sisters, LaDonna Conn and Dr. Marna Heron; and two brothers, Wayne and John Douglas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adiel "Daddy" and Dora Douglas; and two brothers, Bill and Dave Douglas.
Dr. Douglas's wishes were to be cremated.
Services will be held at the First Christian Church of Cave-In-Rock on Saturday, March 26, 2011. Visitation will be at 1 p.m. at the church with a memorial service at 2 p.m.
