Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 5, 2010, at Middle Creek Baptist Church in Dahlgren with the Rev. Kenneth Holland and the Rev. Donnie Rector officiating. Burial will be in Middle Creek Cemetery. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 4, 2010, at Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Phillips of Dahlgren; two sons; two daughters-in-law; a granddaughter; her parents; a brother; two nieces; several aunts and uncles; her grandmother; and several cousins.
