Twila Mae Brown

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Twila Mae Brown, 94, of Harrisburg, passed away at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

She was born on June 25, 1916, in Cuba to the late David and Cora (Wright) Dewitt. On July 9, 1935, she married Carl Brown and he preceded her in death on Feb. 14, 1984.

Twila was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church and attended the Golden Circle.

Surviving family members include several nieces and nephews including, nieces: Patty (J.W.) Feazel of Harrisburg and Vivian Emmons of Tyler, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. The Rev. Loy Barger will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. Memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse Baptist Church.
