Penelope D. 'Penny' Austin
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Penelope D. "Penny" Austin, 46, Carrier Mills, died 6:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, at Harrisburg Medical Center.
She was born June 3, 1964, in Harrisburg to Doug Wilkins and Reathel Fox Wilkins.
She was a certified nurse's assistant at Saline Care Center in Harrisburg. She attended Carrier Mills Social Brethren Church.
She is survived by a son, Nicholas Ryan Austin of Carrier Mills; her mother, Reathel Wilkins of Carrier Mills; three brothers, Dennis (Tammy) Wilkins of Carrier Mills, Marty (Tammy) Wilkins of Carrier Mills and Shawn Wilkins of Carrier Mills; nephews, Jason and Nathan Wilkins; a niece, Erica Gwaltney; and a special friend, LeAnn Holland Cremeens.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Douglas Wilkins; and a niece, Marieca Frailey.
Visitation is 9 a.m. to service time at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 24, 2010, at Carrier Mills Social Brethren Church with the Rev. Mark Smith officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Arrangements are in the charge of Absher-Nicholson Funeral Home, Carrier Mills.
