</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Ruth Irene Barker, 74, McLeansboro, died 11:08 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2010, at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Regional Hospital, Mount Vernon.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Burial will be in Digby Hill Cemetery, Dale. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, 2010, at the funeral home.
She was the widow of Arthur Barker. She is survived by a daughter, a son-in-law, two sons, two daughters-in-law, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, three sisters, one brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
