Elaine Mary Renshaw

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Elaine Mary Renshaw, 78, of Robinson, died at 8:06 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind.

She was born on Sept. 9, 1932, in Harrisburg, the daughter of Columbus Gidcumb and Wilma Melvin Gidcumb.

Elaine was co-owner and operator of the Robinson Dairy Queen with her husband, John since 1960. She was a member of the Harrisburg United Methodist Church and the Robinson American Legion Ladies Auxiliary.

She married John Renshaw on Sept. 21, 1950, and he preceded her in death on May 30, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Laura Lee Renshaw; as well as her sister, Elizabeth Ann Howard.

She is survived by her son, David Renshaw, Robinson; her grandsons, Markis Renshaw, Robinson and James Timothy Stewart, Terre Haute, Ind.; her adopted family, Joe and Lia Cucinella, their children and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2010, at the Goodwine Funeral Home in Robinson with Max Borah presiding over services. Burial will be in the Robinson New Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Crawford County Christian Center, with envelopes available at the cemetery.
