Marge Klaus
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Marge Klaus, 58, Carlinville, passed away on Tuesday evening, Nov. 2, 2010, at her residence.
She was born on Thursday, Dec. 20, 1951, in Ridgway, the daughter of Clarence "Bud" and Marcella "Sally" (Koester) Drone.
She married Michael Klaus in Carlinville on Dec. 20, 1985.
She was a member of the Ss. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church and enjoyed bowling. Her passion was making beaded jewelry for friends and family.
Marge worked as a secretary for H&H Construction in Carlinville for several years before accepting a position at Ss. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church in Carlinville.
Survivors include her husband, Michael H. Klaus of Carlinville; son, Heath Justin Hammann (Christine) of Brighton; two daughters, Alicia Dawn Hammann and Courtney Marie Klaus, both of Carlinville; two grandchildren, Makenzy and Bailee Hammann; three brothers, Edwin Drone (Charlotte) of San Angelo, Texas, Victor Drone (Joy) of Fredericksburg, Va. and Joseph Drone (Nancy) of Eldorado; four sisters, LaVerne Fry (Bill) of Eldorado, Sister Alicia Drone ASC of Effingham, Sister Raphael Drone of ASC of Liberia, Africa and Ada Kelam of Eldorado; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at Ss. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at Ss. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church, 2010 East First South, Carlinville.
Burial will be in New Calvary Cemetery in Carlinville.
Memorials may be given to the Ss. Mary and Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund.
