Raymond Moss arrested on a charge of criminal sexual assault

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Harrisburg Police have confirmed the arrest of Raymond Moss this morning on a charge of criminal sexual assault.

Moss was in a holding cell this morning and jail logs indicated he had been brought to the jail at 6 a.m. He had not yet been formally booked as of this morning.

Sgt. Michael Riden said he had no details on the arrest and no reports had been completed.
