Nancy Lynn Cummins

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Nancy Lynn Cummins, age 59, of Harrisburg, passed away at 3:38 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

She was born on July 31, 1951, in Eldorado to the late Dolores Pitts. On July 27, 1968, she married Garvin Cummins and he survives. Nancy was the owner of the Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio.

Surviving family members include her husband, Garvin Cummins of Harrisburg; daughter, Laurie (Gabe) Wheeler of Herod; son: Brent (Alison) Cummins of Collinsville, IL; three grandchildren, Colten Wheeler and Dalton Wheeler of Herod and Laila Hutchison of Collinsville -- she was their Granny and "Gee;" two sisters, Billye Prather of Harrisburg and Brenda Breitweiser of Marion; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother; and granny, Myrtle Pitts

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel in Harrisburg. The Rev. Bob Patton will officiate. Burial will follow in Sunset Lawn Cemetery.
