Lawana Jean Beaver Hancock

</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Lawana Jean Beaver Hancock, 59, of Equality, passed away at her home on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010.

She was born on Jan. 14, 1951, in Eldorado to Gene and Violet (Sisk) Beaver.

Lawana is survived by her son, Phillip Mills of Marion; her parents, Gene and Violet Beaver of Equality; her brother, Preston Beaver of Equality; companion, Calvin Hancock of Equality; and nephews, Jarred and Matthew Beaver.

Visitation for Lawana will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at the Vickery Funeral Chapel in Equality. Graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, at Elmwood Cemetery near Equality with the Rev. Charles "Andy" Arthur officiating.
