</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Clarence Eugene "Gene" Barlow, 85, Watseka, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010, at Riverside Medical Center, Kankakee.

A funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2010, at St. Edmund Catholic Church in Watseka with Father Robert Coleman officiating. Burial will be Thursday in Douglas Cemetery, Broughton. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2010, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka with a prayer service at 7 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Barlow; two sons; two daughters-in-law; four daughters; three sons-in-law; three sisters; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
