</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Timothy Couty, 49, 2087 Stonefort Road, Stonefort, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Ind.

Memorial services will be held 6 p.m. Monday, July 26, 2010, at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills with the Rev. Roy Hughes officiating. Visitation is 5 p.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home.

He was born March 23, 1961, in Chicago to the late Nathaniel and Julia (Martin) Boyd, who survives. He married Robbie Fitzgerald on June 23, 1990, who survives.

He worked as an asbestos remover and was a member of the Carrier Mills Sons of the American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Robbie Couty of Stonefort; mother, Julia Boyd of Marion; son, Timmy Couty of Waipahu, Hawaii; two grandsons, Cole and Daniel; four brothers, Mike Couty, Chris Couty, David Couty and Dewayne Hillberg; two sisters, Denise Couty and Becky Odum; and father- and mother-in-law, John and Madge Fitzgerald of Carrier Mills.

He was preceded in death by his father, Nathaniel Couty.
