Phyllis June Bebout
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Phyllis June Bebout, 68 years old, passed away early Thursday morning, July 1, 2010. She was born on Dec. 29, 1941, to Fred "Big Boy" Dooley and Mabel Dooley. She was a lifetime resident of Ledford.
She is survived by three children, Yuno, Tink and Dena Shelton; one brother, Lawrence Dooly; one sister, Bunchalee "Sissy" Shelton; a very special stepdaughter, Terry (Victor) Harvey; two stepsons, Leonard (Becky) Bebout and Brian (Vonnie) Bebout; nine stepgrandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
She married the love of her life, M. Leonard Bebout, on June 3, 1990, at Dutton Chapel Church. They were happily married for 12 years. He went on to his heavenly home on April 13, 2001.
In her early years, she was married to Charles Lee Shelton for 25 years. She has two stepdaughters, Geneva Martin and Faye Lore Putman; one stepson, Charlie (Imogene) Shelton Jr.; and eight stepgrandchildren.
Phyllis was a member of Harrisburg Church of New Beginnings. She worked at John's Cafe for many years. She was a very kind and thoughtful person. Her love for her Savior Jesus Christ made her love unconditional to all.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2010. Service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Felty Funeral Home in Carrier Mills. Her pastor, the Rev. Ken Blumenstock, will officiate. Phyllis will be buried at Butler Cemetery.
