Maurice Gray
</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Mr. Maurice Gray, 81, of Elizabethtown, passed away at 11:25 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, 2010, at Harrisburg Medical Center.
He was the husband of Wilma L. (Mitchell) Gray, who survives. They were married in Hartford, Ky., on Jan. 3, 1947.
Maurice was born in Taylor Mines, Ky., on June 21, 1928, the son of the late George and Clorine (Jones) Gray.
He worked as a supervisor at Inland Steel prior to retirement. He was a member of the Cave-In-Rock Masonic Lodge No. 444. In 1975, he served as lodge master at the LaPorte, Ind. Masonic Lodge.
In addition to his wife, Maurice is survived by one daughter, Pamela G. Broda of Demotte, Ind.; three grandchildren, Mark (Kate) Broda, Gayle (Joe) Joll and Alycia Broda; four great-grandchildren, Sara Joll, Orion Joll, Joy Joll and Cullen Broda; a sister, Linda Vaverk of Highland, Ind.; and two brothers, Chester Gray of Caneyville, Ky. and Joe (Helen) Gray of Mt. Carmel.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sue York; and a brother. Ralph Gray.
Graveside services will be held at noon Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Elmwood Cemetery in Equality with the Rev. Fred Birch officiating.
