</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Catherine E. McDowell, 95, Decatur, formerly of Harrisburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010, in Decatur.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, at Reed Funeral Chapel, Harrisburg. Burial will be in Sunset Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is 1 p.m. to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

She was the widow of Russell McDowell. She is survived by a brother, sister-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
