Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at the funeral home.

He is survived by his wife, the former Connie S. Smith; his mother; two sons; two daughters; a brother; a sister; two grandchildren; four nephews; and three nieces.
