</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Robert L. Golden, 88, Crossville, formerly of McLeansboro, died 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009, at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro.

Services will be held 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 27, 2009, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro. The Rev. Robert Sefried will officiate and burial will be in Golden Cemetery near Flora. Visitation is 11 a.m. Sunday to service time at the funeral home.

In addition to his wife, the former Mary Ann Busse, he is survived by one son, one daughter and two grandchildren.
