</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[Raymond Pennington, 66, Evansville, Ind., died 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at Columbia Health Care.

Funeral services and burial will be private. Colonial Terrace Funeral Home in Eldorado is in charge of the local arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, the former Janet Herron; two sons, three sisters and three brothers.
