</element><element id="paragraph-1" type="body"><![CDATA[A memorial service for David A. Kelso, 45, of Jeffersonville, Ind., will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at First Christian Church, 3209 Middle Road, Jeffersonville, Ind. He passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2009, at his home.

He was a native of Carmi, a practice administrator for Iroquois Medical Center, a member of First Christian Church, the MGMA, a graduate of Harrisburg High School and Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.

He is survived by his wife, Joey Kelso; three sons, Noah, Jonah and Elijah Kelso; and an aunt, Susan Winkler, Vincennes, Ind.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11, 2009, at the church. Scott Funeral Home's North Chapel in Jeffersonville is in charge of arrangements.
